As an U.S. Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) Awardee for Illinois, and a highly qualified Change Agent, Consultant, and Educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Natalie Johnson seeks to partner with and strengthen organizations through empowerment in the areas of STEM, Culturally Relevant Pedagogy, Life Skills, College and Career Planning, and more. Utilizing a growth model, she helps organizations to develop strategic change to optimize their effectiveness across three domains: Business Model, Technology, and Social Organization. While creating dynamic external and internal communication, she effectively analyzes data, teaches, and facilitates learning for participants to help identify, document, and execute creative ways to close the achievement gap in school districts, church schools and player development centers across the United States.
